Unresolved Unemployment Concern No follow-up or Support

I am deeply disappointed with the way the Presedential Office handled my appeal for help regarding my long-term unemployment. I have been unemployed for over 10 years despite holding a qualification, and reached out in good faith, hoping for assistance as the matter still continues to affect my ability to earn a livelihood. Initially, they responded and asked me to submit personal and information and documents, which I provided promptly. I followed every instruction given to me, expecting that something would come of it.

Unfortunately after all that effort, I was completely left in the dark. No follow up, no feedback and no support. I was simply ignored and left stranded. It is disheartening to be treated this way after reaching out for help. I expected at least some form of communication or clarity on my situation.

This experience has left me feeling dismissed and forgotten by the very people meant to help.

I hope this review brings awareness and encourages the office to take citenzs' concerns more seriously, especially when they involve basic needs like employment and dignity.
