After my previous bad review you would think that the company would try make things right. I was told I would receive my refund by the end of July. Takiira told me telephonically yesterday that she will not be refunding me because of my reviews. Their policy states if you are unhappy with a product they will refund you, this and more has happened and they refuse to refund me.
It's a shame when you support small local businesses and they treat you this way and ***** from you. I paid R10 000 for a bed which maybe cost them R2000 to make. They have **** and ****med us by advertising with images that do not belong to them.
Please please do not support this company.
