CallForce contacted me about my MTN upgrade. I asked the agent about 5 times if it was a certian size phone which she and the manager confirmed. When I recieved my phone it was the incorrect size. They then said they would collect and reverse the contract. I waited a whole week for collection only to recieve a call a week later stating they dont do collections anymore (but their agent said they would collect) and that I need to return the phone to a MTN store. I managed to return the phone but now I am still sitting with the upgared contract that needs to be reversed. No one at CallForce returns my mails. The phone isnt even ringing today. I can forsee me paying a contract with no new phone for months on end beofre this gets resolved. DO NOT go therough CallForce for anything
After my previous bad review you would think that the company would try make things right. I was told I would receive my refund by the end of July. Takiira told me telephonically yesterday that she will not be refunding me because of my reviews. Their policy states if you are unhappy with a product they will refund you, this and more has happened and they refuse to refund me. It's a shame when you support small local businesses and they treat you this way and ***** from you. I paid R10 000 for a bed which maybe cost them R2000 to make. They have **** and ****med us by advertising with images that do not belong to them. Please please do not support this company.
I wish I read all the terrible reviews before purchasing from Presidential Kids. If I can advise, DO NOT purchase from this company. Absolutely everything was terrible from beginning to now. Firstly they say that the bed will take 3-4 weeks as per website and invoice, this was not fulfilled. When I did receive the bed they arrived at at 6pm which not a decent time to come and install. They were still painting the bed at my house in the room my daughter was expected to sleep in. The bed did not look the same as the pictures on their website. It looked as if it was made out of toothpicks, flimsy and uneven structure. Takirra admitted to me telephonically that the pictures on their website have infact been taken off Pinterest and are not of their own products. At this point I asked for a refund (their website does say you are entitled to one). Takiira sent a long message and said they would build me a new one which would be ready in two weeks (first week of June). I grated them the opportunity to make the situation right. After many empty promises and lies I still don't have a bed 2 months after ordering and paying 80% of the bed. I was then promised a refund but was told I would have to wait until the end of July, which is also not what their website says. They quality of the bed they delivered is beyond shocking. the service is terrible. Takiira blatantly lies to clients. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!
Great service from Zolani at 1-grid when I called in to get assistance with my mails. He helped me swiftly and without any hassle.
