I am very impressed with the service I received from Mr Jerome Njokweni and PressPlay Tech. It was the first time I purchased online from them and what an impression they have made on me. And that impression is lasting! I bought an adapter from PressPlay Tech and when it arrived, I found it to be faulty. I contacted Mr Jerome Njokweni and he sent me video clips of one that is working. He then offered to send me this particular one with overnight door to door courier at no extra cost. When it arrived within 24 hours, I received not only one, but two and both worked perfectly.
