Shocking Service!

After sending my complaint and many many calls thereafter I am still waiting for a response from this company. Telephone calls are not answered. Left messages are not returned.

Mr. Dave Stern from Floors Galore Durban inspected my floors a week ago, yet still no feedback! (The report was submitted a week ago to Prestige Flooring as confirmed by Mr Dave Stern)

This is shocking service! I would not recommend this company!
