After sending my complaint and many many calls thereafter I am still waiting for a response from this company. Telephone calls are not answered. Left messages are not returned. Mr. Dave Stern from Floors Galore Durban inspected my floors a week ago, yet still no feedback! (The report was submitted a week ago to Prestige Flooring as confirmed by Mr Dave Stern) This is shocking service! I would not recommend this company!
Prestige Flooring sanded and sealed our floors approximately 2 years ago. The sealer used is already peeling off. I have contacted Prestige Flooring numerous times regarding the matter. They blame the supplier of the sealer and traffic in the house. They promise that the sealer provider will come do an inspection, however to date no call or inspection was received. I would not recommend Prestige Floors as the workmanship and product used is not guaranteed and the after service is SHOCKING! Floors are walked on - how can you blame traffic?
Dont buy a Sealy bed. Poor after sales service delivery! After waiting for manufacturing of our bed the wrong bed is delivered! No follow up call to the client. We had to follow up. Just told that manufacturing is only starting 1 week later! Shocking!
The customer care division is the worst division I have dealt with! One person employed in division. Dont buy from matress king. After sales shocking!
We logged a claim on 27th of August. To date the job is not completed! Incompetent service prividers are sent to do the job. Stay away for ABSA Home Insurance. Many calls made begging for service while holding on for hours for call centre to phone incompetent service providers for update. Our time and airtime wasted. We pay and have to beg to get repairs done. To many companies involved to complete job. DAS and LD Builders! Shocking!!!! Ref 4328187. Dont deserve one star. Should be nil!
Trying to get hold of the sales division for days! No answer. Requested assistance online and no answer.
Defy service delivery shocking! I purchased a fridge that is leaking water 3 months later. I have waited for a replacement for weeks. The delivery date keeps changing without any notice. When i follow up i am told they will contact me back. They never do! No communication from Defy! Promise delivery and dont deliver!. SHOCKING!!
