Shocking Workmanship by Prestige Floors
If I could I give this company zero stars I would. They quoted to sand down a staircase and white wa****. The expected duration was 1.5 days. They used an angle grinder to do the sanding and wrecked the timber, spent two extra days to try and sand out marks and fill the damages with little success, then plastered it full of wood filler and white-washed over it all.1ex1 e The job Supervisor had nothing to say about the state of the job, he would literally would just stand staring at the staircase when questioned about the workmanship and way forward. Numerous requests to talk to the owner, Matthew Hansen, were met with the standard response: "He is not available."

Kevin Maher pay us our money for 2 jobs done
Hi guys can you please tell Kelvin Maher to normalize paying his workers after they are done with the jobs which he assigned to them. How can you call people to come and work for you then u don't pay them after it's been 4 months when we try to get hold of you you blocked us. What kind of a business man are you why do we have to follow you regarding the payments which are outstanding U don't deserve to be a business man cause you have managed to loose the trust and working relationship we had so can you please tell us when are u going to pay us our money for the 2 jods we did for you.

Shocking Service!
After sending my complaint and many many calls thereafter I am still waiting for a response from this company. Telephone calls are not answered. Left messages are not returned. Mr. Dave Stern from Floors Galore Durban inspected my floors a week ago, yet still no feedback! (The report was submitted a week ago to Prestige Flooring as confirmed by Mr Dave Stern) This is shocking service! I would not recommend this company!

Shocking Service!
After sending my complaint and many many calls thereafter I am still waiting for a response from this company. Telephone calls are not answered. Left messages are not returned. Mr. Dave Stern from Floors Galore Durban inspected my floors a week ago, yet still no feedback! (The report was submitted a week ago to Prestige Flooring as confirmed by Mr Dave Stern) This is shocking service! I would not recommend this company!

AFTER SERVICE SHOCKING. PRODUCTS USED LAST FOR LESS THAN 2 YEARS!!
Prestige Flooring sanded and sealed our floors approximately 2 years ago. The sealer used is already peeling off. I have contacted Prestige Flooring numerous times regarding the matter. They blame the supplier of the sealer and traffic in the house. They promise that the sealer provider will come do an inspection, however to date no call or inspection was received. I would not recommend Prestige Floors as the workmanship and product used is not guaranteed and the after service is SHOCKING! Floors are walked on - how can you blame traffic?
