Hi PAXI team, Hope everyone is doing well. I am writing this review regarding service which I have received from u guys and I'm not happy at all with what u are giving to me as it stands I'm still waiting for my parcel D512023572096 which u guys are saying it is been rerouted to be delivered to the store no sms nothing. The parcel was posted on the 8th of April in a pep store hoping it will get to the destination safely now it been rerouted cause it was send to wrong destination. For how long I'm I going to wait for u guys to give or do the right thing. Is this how u guys work giving ur clients poor service I am not happy with PAXI team even the managers cause I don't know how u guys deal with ur queries. Can I get an update regarding my parcel day of delivery cause it's been way too long and it is starting to get on m nerves now
Good Afternoon Vumatel owners and bosses, Hope everyone is doing well. Can you please assist me with getting a case of system error for debit card payments resolved for your partner which is HYPA service provider. Today I couldn't get any work done due to this issue I have contacted HYPA and they are saying they waiting for Vumatel team to give them feedback on the issue since HYPA is working with you guys can the Ceo, Cfo, cto, founders and Chief Program Officer of Vumatel please assist cause I've been running around like a headless chicken going from pillar to post trying to get help on the case I even called vumatel office but the agent just put my call on hold when I ask to speak to the manager if this is how the staff you have work or treat clients then I don't know what must happen really. So can Niel Schoeman, Kobus Viljoen, Greg Lock, Johan Pretorius and Johann Weideman please can we get help as soon as possible regarding HYPA service provider cause this service provider is treating the clients like garbage when ever the is an issue they say it is vumatel issue and must give feedback I am not happy with the service and treatment I'm getting surely you guys can do way better than this 😏😏
Dear Vumatel, I'm writing this query regarding the the outage of the service for HYPA clients. We are trying to make payment but the system is on HYPA side is not processing our payments so now our lines are been closed I have contacted my service provider and they are telling me that u guys are them were in a meeting about an hour ago regarding this issue so can u please open our lines cause we as clients are not at fault at all I also did attempt to make payment 2 times and still nothing. Can ppl please assist us with this issue in hand cause we as clients are suffering for something we don't know can we get a service which we deserve. To the CEO and the Directors of the company please assist in this case cause it is very tiring to get a poor service from ur partners or third-party partners can u guys please rescue us from HYPA service provider we are not happy at all with the case at hand. Hi guys can you please tell Kelvin Maher to normalize paying his workers after they are done with the jobs which he assigned to them. How can you call people to come and work for you then u don't pay them after it's been 4 months when we try to get hold of you you blocked us. What kind of a business man are you why do we have to follow you regarding the payments which are outstanding U don't deserve to be a business man cause you have managed to loose the trust and working relationship we had so can you please tell us when are u going to pay us our money for the 2 jods we did for you.
Hi, I have an issue with my line which was incorrectly canceled by your system since from Saturday afternoon after the game and I'm still waiting for explanation
Hi, HYPA is turning out to be a bad ISP for fibre connection. My line was down since from Saturday just few minutes after the game and I contacted them and they told me that my line was incorrectly canceled by Vuma system and I requested them to give contact for Vuma so that I can call them I got the numbers but they don't work over the weekend so I left a message for them to contact me on Monday I had to call them only to find out that the issue is not from them that's what they said and told me to go back to ISP that I'm using which is HYPA. I did that again and they still telling me that it's not them but Vuma system canceled my line and they are placing a new order for me which I told them that I got that same info from Vuma that the is an new order done for my line but how made it they don't want to mention the person my boy did not get to study for his paper today no one did apologized, they have been taking me around doing up and down with no proper explanation I'm still waiting for them telling me that on there side is showing active but the line is not working on my side the most frustrating part of it all it is the robot system which they are using you get replies so late and I don't know really what must happen I am so unhappy, frustrated and angry at this point. Cause they will tell you about the working hours on there side /So the agent from Vuma said I must ask like I did on the WhatsApp account new order was made Why!!!
