I reported a problem with a Samsung fridge and Samsung referred the issue to one of the service providers. The service provider called on a Friday to advise that he will be coming in the afternoon but never arrived. He showed up on a Saturday morning without informing us that he was coming. He asked what the problem was and i told him. To my surprise he already had a quotation indicating the work that he had already done on my fridge. When I checked on his background, he came from a very very bad company on reviews. He promised to call me on a Monday but only send me a please call for me to call him on Friday.
