their staffs are welcoming and friendly, clean and affordable, though its not very cheap. but will enjoy every moment there for sure, with very good human interaction

Don't judge a book by its cover. This is a worse place i ever visited. 1. Aircon not working properly but paid separate amount for it 2. No DSTV but told there is one 3. Lifts not clean and not working properly. 4. Rooms not clean. 5. Carpets are so dirty in a way that when you walk without shoes your feet turns black. 6. Poor Security. you can come and do what ever you want and go. 7. No hot water unless they will take you to another room to bath. 8. Coffe table does not have milk 9. No food menu but a flyer which has spider webs when opening. 10. bath dutton not available.

Dont make a mistake and book here,on the pictures they will show good rooms and pictures when you get there the receptionist with a very bad attitude will book you in old flats with no lift and you get there using emergency stairwys on 3rd floor,rooms are very bad you have to complain so that they give you other rooms in Court yards????,so you can book at your own risk or if you dont mind paying and wasting your money!!

I booked at Pretoria hotel in June for two nights. I was issued an invoice as proof of payment. On my way back to Durban, an unforseen accident occured. My invoice was then misplaced. When I called the hotel to request for another invoice ,the receptionist asked for my details and e-mail address to send me the Invoice . After a while I didn't receive the email, so I called again. This time she tells me that they changed they system so they won't be able to assist me. I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager then told me that there is absolutely nothing he can do and i should figure out myself as to how i will get the Invoice . I urgently need the invoice for work purposes, I need to make claims. It will be impossible to receive my claims without the proof of payment. I really fail to understand why clients information are not stored regardless of the system changes. Something must be done.

I WAS ACCOMMODATED AT PRETORIA HOTEL ON THURSDAY, 05 FEB 2015 TO FRIDAY, 06 FEB 2015 AT ROOM 513. ON THE MORNING OF FRIDAY, 06 FEB 2015, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY SUPERVISOR TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO IMMEDIATELY RUSH TO THE AIRPORT TO FETCH A CLIENT AS THE PERSON WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO DO THAT HAD AN ACCIDENT THE PREVIOUS NIGHT. I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO RECEPTION AND FIND LERATO, TO WHOM I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM AND THAT I WOULD PREFER TAKEAWAYS. LERATO ADVISED ME TO GO SPEAK WITH THE CHEF AT DINING HALL. THERE WERE 2 LADIES WHO WERE BUSY IN THE DINING HALL AND I THEN EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A TAKEAWAY BREAKFAST BUT THE OTHER LADY TOLD ME THAT IT IS NOT ALLOWED AND THE MANAGER DOES NOT PERMIT THAT. I BELIEVE THAT I WAS UNFAIRLY TREATED
