I got charges more that 600% for atm withdrawal. No urgent communication or what so ever. Month and moths and month they never returned my emails. I advise people to stay away from this bank
This bank you can't trust it. You can't even rely on it when you emergency need to log into their app. 3 days waiting for OTP

Communication with between call centers and other departments is by far not corresponding. You claim but pay dates don't appear for a month. Then they say it's sorted. Call centre say nothing sorted. System don't give dates. This is bad.
You can't even hold a zoom meeting. My kids can't finish even a single homework. I was told not to join this useless webafrica vuma thing. I deeply regret.

i took a cover from them. i cancelled it withing 7 working days because when i needed them i could not find them on calls. their fitment center complained aswell about their accessibility. fitment center remove this nonsense within 7 days. every week i receive sms's or emails or calls demanding me to pay. what for? service was cancelled withing 7 days. via emails and calls.
Stay away. Service of this company is by far worse that the service from out government. What they tell you is not true. You also can't find them on calls. They will call wanting money while you wanted to cancel their service and obviously as others complain. You can't find them. Emails will never be answered.
Stay away from this company. They will steal your money. They stole money from my bank and I tried contacting them but they don't return back to me. They know they cought and they runaway from accountability then decides to shut the hell up by ignoring me.
I booked a trip. Immediately after confirming booking, I got a call the emergency was sorted I then has to cancel the trip. Went to the app and canceled. It's about a month now. My money not payed back. They don't respond to my emails. I am unable to find other means of communication with them. What did I pay bolt for?
