Prima medical equipment sharks

For going on 3years ive battled getting resolved why after my stroke that left me left side paralyzed my wheelchair has not been supplied by primacare cpt. Discovery after numerous post and mails eventually confirmed funds were avail and aooroved as per pmb prima nevee submitted an invoiceto finalize claim. 3years later and mails prima still ignores me.even been on email told by prima edenvale gauteng that mails are sent to head office. As per mail. Prima says discovery never paid. Discovery says no invoice and here i am still in need
