This is the third month google debirmts my account not one not twice FiVE times after ive advised i only have funds on the 6th of every month so as soin as my dissability grant comes in i loose fees incurred due to debit order going off 5times with no funds . I excpect the money taken by my bank to be deducted from my subscription.
Absolute pathetic service from the branch in my town middelburg eastern cape right through to head office. It's been over 3weeks we are trying to open an account but there is always an excuse when we follow up. Yes WE follow up (hundreds of Rands of airtime later) and still no joy. Favorite excuse lately is unclear payslip . So instead of trying to open an account at eg. Lewis we sit around waiting for feedback. New Payslip copy given and still it's unclear. Unless russells wants to collect the payslip I don't know hoe much clearer we can submitt it. The instore sales person has no problem reading it with begs the question how literate the receiving person on the other end is After phoning my branch the salesperson I've been dealing with has yet again gone out and the apparent branch manager can't assist me she is going to the pharmacy now.
Still no feed back no refund. How many other consumers suffer the same fate and Isabella garcia getting rich literally *****ing money
So my review is removed. I.ll limit the swearing but seems like that's the only language understood Sitting at the docto(i transferred money into my daughters account forbthis as my grandchild was ill)rIsabella will take a debitorder like vultures any hint of money and they process a debitorderl wtt to closing rhis whatever u want to call it account/ membership and doing an eft not debitorders was agreed via email So next I will take this issue with emails to the consumer board and ombudsman. I am holding Isabella personally responsible for any banking fees. Doctor and medicine accounts as well as airtime wasted .
I am livid so excuse my language We have stopped a debit order even reversed it as Isabella takes when they feel fit after an email agreement that an eft can be done and to cancel any membership. We are in the doctor's rooms with my grandchild and like a ****en vulture they took money I just transfered into the account for the doctor. Phoned spoke to an Andresa that feels so sorry about this. Like I ****en care. My grandchild is sick and I am holding Isabella personally responsible for this doctor's account as well as any fees incurred at the bank . Next on my list is. the ombudsman and consumer board. I want this resolved right now. And on email this what ever bull**** you wsnt to call this account/membership cancelled. After numerous emails they keep an account blacklisted on my name after confirmation from shoprite investment that this account does not brlong to me
Trying to get a taxnumber is impossible no where to go into offices in middelburg eastern cape to change details. Simply do not answer phones no email contact Not everyobe can get into their offices or have a milluon to hold on when calling. Suppossed sms no to get tax number what a joke
So suddenly a shoprite investement has been added to my credit report heaven knows for what . Been mailing them no reply obviously And ive been unemployed since 2017?????
