I am writing this email out of sheer frustration with Prime Video. Despite setting up a specific debit date for my subscription, your platform continues to deduct funds from my account whenever it pleases. This blatant disregard for the agreed-upon arrangement has resulted in declined transactions and has pushed my account into arrears. This is completely unacceptable. Your disorganization and failure to follow a simple billing agreement is not only inconvenient, it's financially damaging. Because of this, I am cancelling my subscription immediately. Furthermore, I will actively discourage everyone I know from ever signing up with Prime Video. I now understand the warnings I received before subscribing. Many people have complained about unauthorized deductions from Prime, and I will be adding my voice to theirs — including a public complaint on HelloPeter for this ongoing nonsense.
