I have been renting a flat through Primo properties for 2 years now. The electricity bill is always high and the amount is always the same every month. I reported this mattter to Primo many times but, for a period of two years Christina who is the building manager for Magalieshof is unable to resolve my issue. The only thing I receive from them are letters of demand and cut offs. I have asked them to have a look at their instrument used to measure usage. The reason being that what they use to measure usage is not from Eskom and can be acquired from take a lot for as little as R500, which clearly indicates that the quality and efficiency is of a low standard.
What's worse is that these people will just ingore your communication and will rudely refuse to attend to you when you visit their offices because they are always trying to hide their *****ed ways.
