I have been renting a flat through Primo properties for 2 years now. The electricity bill is always high and the amount is always the same every month. I reported this mattter to Primo many times but, for a period of two years Christina who is the building manager for Magalieshof is unable to resolve my issue. The only thing I receive from them are letters of demand and cut offs. I have asked them to have a look at their instrument used to measure usage. The reason being that what they use to measure usage is not from Eskom and can be acquired from take a lot for as little as R500, which clearly indicates that the quality and efficiency is of a low standard. What's worse is that these people will just ingore your communication and will rudely refuse to attend to you when you visit their offices because they are always trying to hide their *****ed ways. For your sanity please reframe from using Primo's services.

This is a company that does not answer the letters sent by the owners of the units they own. Do not think they are so wonderful. Owners ask if they may see financial statements yet the promo negotium does not even reply to their letters.

Absolutely terrible. They have hijacked a co-owned property on the instruction of one owner when there are three. They have collected monies from the property and directed funds based on this single owners instruction, stealing from the other owners. They then try and legally impose themselves on their victims and threaten and intimidate. The service is extremely poor and one sided. BEWARE

<p> My mother boat Primo X1 Cell Phone at Acermans in roodepoor and she is not technologically orientated however she only did what she was advices to do which was charging the mobile for , the mobile was unable to last for over 5 hours, she took it back twice but still no changes, how can a new phone need to be fixed for battery problem, Primo X1 Cell Phones are a waste of money which she had spent for yet not having the expected utilisation for it.</p> <p> </p>

On 14th of July me as owner open a bussines in Meyerspark at the Prima Negtuim Building My shops name is Trpile and is a Internet on line Since we have opened this bussines the billing for rent, refuse, water, sanitation and electricity has become a problem Never has the bill been the same amount always R2000 in difference every month I Martie Bessinger and Celeste van Schalwyk , the manager,made a big efford of reconciling ourselves the bills and bringing under their attention that mistakes and inconsistencies are happening as well as over billing on water sanitation and electricity The electricity in the whole building that they are responsible for is a big mess which was also broad to their attention countless times which we included a report from an electrician that we got out to the shop and building to asses what is going on. We send emails to Frans of this reports for the mistakes that we was billed for. There is not even meters for any individual shop or flat. Hannelie promised us that a recon will be done two months ago and rectifiy.still we are waiting and getting billed for amounts that is not correspondent We would like a proper investigation to be done very urgently
