My car was damaged because of water filling up petrol on the Moloto road by the engen garage I filed a report to Engen and nothing has been done Even send her the invoices of the reapirs that was caused by the water This place is called Dam Motors Engen head offices phoned me at promised that this matter will be solved and that my damage on my car will be given back to me Nothing has happened This thing is almost a year old now and strange that it take so long In the mean time my car is sold because of repairs that started from then and I could not keep up anymore So I would like to know why Engen is promising customers such great service and that is all it is Nothing more Just talk and no action
On 14th of July me as owner open a bussines in Meyerspark at the Prima Negtuim Building My shops name is Trpile and is a Internet on line Since we have opened this bussines the billing for rent, refuse, water, sanitation and electricity has become a problem Never has the bill been the same amount always R2000 in difference every month I Martie Bessinger and Celeste van Schalwyk , the manager,made a big efford of reconciling ourselves the bills and bringing under their attention that mistakes and inconsistencies are happening as well as over billing on water sanitation and electricity The electricity in the whole building that they are responsible for is a big mess which was also broad to their attention countless times which we included a report from an electrician that we got out to the shop and building to asses what is going on. We send emails to Frans of this reports for the mistakes that we was billed for. There is not even meters for any individual shop or flat. Hannelie promised us that a recon will be done two months ago and rectifiy.still we are waiting and getting billed for amounts that is not correspondent We would like a proper investigation to be done very urgently
Me Martie Bessinger and my family had a booking at Zanadi from the 24th of Sept to the 27th.What a disappointed I will definitely recommend no one to visit. On Thursday afternoon on my arrival I was told by Ansie that I have been drinking when I try to explain to her that she is over charging us. I just arrived and do not even drink alcohol. We already had already paid for the 2 stands I only wanted to pay for my son and his fianc? that came with. She charged us again R1038. Then after my husband in convene with the whole situation she went back into her book and realized that we have paid Her excuse her website is off. She even said to me that if I don't like the way she is charging me I can take my stuff and leave.Then now we have to pay by tent and stand The price then was R600. the bathrooms and toilets were so filthy that we could not even went to shower.The toilets were over flowing of filth and the floors was full of water and very dirty. We were walking in this filthy unhealthy place to brush our teeth and get the hell out of this place. My dog has been attacked by the women's dog who worked in the caf? on the premises. Not only once but three times. What a bad place.
I have reported the issue with engen petrol station more than three months ago and still this issue has not been resolved Can this please getting solved cause I am so sick and tired of phoning them and just getting promises that cannot be kept Such a big company that don't care about there customers is a big issue for me Maybe customers must take this issue and stop filling at engen and make use of petrol stations that realy care
I have been filling up petrol at this service station for almost two years. It is on the road to my home so is very convenient to stop there and fill up. For the last 3 months my car started doing funny things like huffing and puffing after filling up there and then on the 3rd of april my car totally gave in. I took it to a qualified mechanic for my car. I am driving a ford Mondeo. Now suddenly everything is just goint the opposite way. He stripped the car en eventually got the problem that have been causing all the problems. My petrol is full of water This water blocked the petrol filter my injectors rusted things where petrol were petrol is suppose the flow and all is costing me now a lot of money. My car is been standing still and still need work and replacing of things because of this water in the petrol. This Engen garage has been closed now for almost two weeks and everything is being built from scratch again. From the heavy rains the tanks filtered water through into the petrol that has been poured in The cost on my car is already R9000 and still not driving.
Affinity do not want to pay out the claim in full even the contarct stipulated that. They have a lot of excuses and still the the car has to be paid at Wesbank now I have to settle the account without having the car
my son bought a golf on 4/11/2014 through Wesbank. the first installment went off for the car through the bank when car was bought they recommended affinity as a good insurance that will have no hassle when it come by paying out Anyway as it is, his car came into a accident, on 12/12/2014 because of another driver that drove out of a slipway into his way on a wet road . CJ never received any contracts from affinity from the car had been bought He complaint about it with telephone calls and email and nothing happened He only received all the contracts and insurance papers in February 2015 So at the accident the car has been towed away by Metro and not one of their companies that he had no knowledge of. he did all the procedures that was supposed tot be followed for reporting the accident to insurance. it took them nearly 3months to let him know that his car will not be paid off in fully cause the car has been written off and then from there on that he still owe the bank R35000 of the amount that is still liable for the car outstanding balance. No clause in contract is saying that it will not be paid if car in accident in first month This is fraud
