An Unforgettable Getaway Experience! We’ve had the pleasure of visiting Zanandi multiple times, and it never fails to exceed our expectations. From the moment you arrive, the warm and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a little piece of paradise!

Things took a turn for the worst when we went camping there. A fight broke out and some extensive tools were used to hit one of the campers, that broke his jaw and left a deep cut. This was so serious that a ambulance were called, as well as the police to take care of the matter. The owners son wasn't of help either, he didn't even evict the trouble makers. After all this the worst was the trauma through which the children went through, and would most definitely be a scar for life. Moral of the story is that children are not safe here neither people that want to camp in peace.

Horrible place, just to start we were told we can't leave on the 1st of January because "tents get stolen" so no-one can book in or out, which I believe is just a money making scheme. Then we decided we were going to try to leave on the 1st and not the 2nd as many people also had the same idea since everyone was forced to stay, turns out no-one got their money back, and we went to ask for ours. The lady at the shop was very rude, we first had to walk to 4 different people before she finally acknowledged us and she did not seem to want to help us at all. We were told we can only get R30 back, because we were not told we had to book out at 10, then I was laughed at when I asked for the R30. They also argued with us about the rules we never got, about the fact that you can't stay in a resort after you have booked out and the fact that it we still had to pay R100 per car when other people paid R50 but that was not their problem apparently. Would not recommend this place at all, I would recommend getting other management or receptionists.

I have not yet even been here to camo but already am totally put off. For the past 4 days I have been trying to contact Wayne who is supposed to be the person to assist with bookings and quotes. He never answers his phone or his WhatsApp messages. This morning after searching I found the owners direct number, Johan. During conversation I confirmed he is the owner. Firstly he is very rude and not interested in talking to me as he told me straight this is my private number, anyway I told him I am trying to book 2 camping sites for Easter Weekend for a total of 12 people, his 1st question was "are you a club member", so I told him no we are not. Then I was told sorry you have to be a club member but when I told him that in December my sister was there camping and she is not a club member. His story changes at thia point and he tells me to contact Wayne who deals with bookings etc, so I told him that is exactly what I have been doing for the past few days and Wayne does not answer his calls nor his WhatsApp messages... I then proceeded to ask Johan if it was possible for him as the owner to assist me, he told me know sorry I cant help you and I should try calling Wayne again maybe this time I'll be lucky. *** is that how someone runs his business? It's s shocking how they treat potential campers (who are customers / clients) I am very surprised that this place is still running. We are now going to look for someone who actually knows about customers service and wgo would actually be happy to assist with a booking for Easter and who actually is interested in keeping their business going in these very trying times. This is absolutely disappointing and disgusting 🤢

Don't waste your money to go here. The owner and his staff are terrible. The facilities are rubbish. Big promises and no show. Camping is on red soil. Bathrooms are ok but shower stalls are very small and were not cleaned regularly. Facilities advertised like putt putt are terrible just concrete and useless to try. The camping aloud (pun intended) is actually a disgrace and is just an excuse for people to make noise somewhere else than at their homes. THE PERSON WITH THE BIGGEST SOUND SYSTEM WINS.... WHOOHOO. If you are a real camper don't go there. You are wasting your time to think you will get peace and quiet or a nice camping experience. The communication from the staff and "management" is non existent. JUST DON'T DO IT!!!!!

Me Martie Bessinger and my family had a booking at Zanadi from the 24th of Sept to the 27th.What a disappointed I will definitely recommend no one to visit. On Thursday afternoon on my arrival I was told by Ansie that I have been drinking when I try to explain to her that she is over charging us. I just arrived and do not even drink alcohol. We already had already paid for the 2 stands I only wanted to pay for my son and his fianc? that came with. She charged us again R1038. Then after my husband in convene with the whole situation she went back into her book and realized that we have paid Her excuse her website is off. She even said to me that if I don't like the way she is charging me I can take my stuff and leave. Then now we have to pay by tent and stand The price then was R600. the bathrooms and toilets were so filthy that we could not even went to shower. The toilets were over flowing of filth and the floors was full of water and very dirty. We were walking in this filthy unhealthy place to brush our teeth and get the hell out of this place. My dog has been attacked by the women's dog who worked in the caf? on the premises. Not only once but three times. What a bad place.
