I had an incident at home on 3 October 2020 that resulted in sewerage waste flowing out from my drain outside and from the inside pipe beneath my bathroom sink. Mine and my neighbours house was flooded with sewerage waste that belonged to an entire row of houses. I have been dealing with Siyabulela Nkachela from Primo. The plumber was only appointed to come out on the 29th October to assess the situation after me constantly following up with Siyabulela to do so. Since then I have been trying to get a hold of Siyabulela. He does not reply to any of my mails. I have contacted Berdien who is the Legal manager and she was very helpful in assisting me and letting me know that the trustees approval is outstanding hence body corporate not being able to proceed with repairing the sewer line. After obtaining approval from trustees this week Siyabulela is not giving us the way going forward. He choose to either ignore my emails or give vague responses that provides no relief to us. I was advised by my own private plumber that the incident will happen again if the sewer line is not repaired as this has happened to my neighbour on 3 occasions in the last 12 months. I am up to date on my levies and am very upset with the way this situation was handled. I do not feel that Siyabulela is a competent person that knows what he is doing. What is scary is that he has a title of Portfolio manager yet he does not even reply to email. He has intentionally delayed the process by 2 months and Im not sure why he has done so. I have requested that Berdien kindly allow someone else to take over with assisting us.
