So these ********s have taken over the management of our body corporate. For +- 3 months I have not recieved a statement of account, also the previous management company embezzled, thus the change of property management.
So the first invoice I recieve from these ****s are shortly followed by a letter from laywers and their idle threats...now I have made arrangements to pay off the 3 months levies, which they accepted on the 19th of June 2024...they then proceeded to reneg their agreement on the arrangement and again threaten me with bull****...well, dear primo properties, I have my evidence and I will be proceeding to court if need be, then I will tie you up in litigation for years, if not decades.
