So these ********s have taken over the management of our body corporate. For +- 3 months I have not recieved a statement of account, also the previous management company embezzled, thus the change of property management. So the first invoice I recieve from these ****s are shortly followed by a letter from laywers and their idle threats...now I have made arrangements to pay off the 3 months levies, which they accepted on the 19th of June 2024...they then proceeded to reneg their agreement on the arrangement and again threaten me with bull****...well, dear primo properties, I have my evidence and I will be proceeding to court if need be, then I will tie you up in litigation for years, if not decades.
"How can we help you" Famous last words you pieces of ****... A Private client that needs to go through a call centre, this bank has become more than a joke, a halarity, disparaging dredge of worthless, and yes I know you FNB asinine employees don't comprehend half of the vocabulary I used right now...which is why I am ****ed. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but when you treat a client of 20 years like trash then your fall on the JSE makes sense...pathetic Anyone who wants to join this trash bank, please, rather go to another, TRUST ME on this, they don't want to help you at all, So FNB, **** you, **** RmB. you are trash you pathetic overpriced "bank" Good day The person who is going to disintigrate the RMB and FNB name before I die Ps. **** you you ****s
<p>Recently I missed a payment, retrenchment reasons. I organised for a leave of payment for a month. The next thing I know I am handed to a debt collector and my personal infomation shared without my concent or knowledge.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am trying to make the arrears payment and get my account on good stansing...guess what, now you dont want the money...what to do hey.</p>
About 3/4 months ago I installed let Telkom activate my adsl line, since then I received the bill, let's forget the fact that they billed me R1429,09 for the process, I will rant about that another time.<br> <br> Now the bill I mentioned above, I was ready I wanted to pay the invoice, guess freaking what? I was unable to due to lack of support from telkom, I then decided to log into my client site on the telkom site in the hopes that my bill would be there and I will be able to pay...guess what? Unable to find my bill linked to my account.<br> <br> Fast forward 2 months, without notice and after NUMEROUS attempts to contact them(without success), I just turned off my adsl without prior warning, without even meeting me half way to resolve this.<br> <br> Later that day I received an sms informing me of the amount due...mmm, now look I am a lawful man and would like to sort this all out, but then Telkom had the nerve to even charge me interest on my unsettled account.<br> <br> Now, this is 100% your fault and I feel ethically on the right by NOT going to pay this so called interest due to your utter pathetic service.<br> <br> Now do I believe someone will contact me, of course not, but hopefully more people this story.
I have been struggling with a certain blue telecom provider for a while now to get my line active and running.<br> <br> Now these guys at Afrihost, even though it is in no way their responsibility, even WAY before I joined afrihost assisted me all the way, helping out and giving me short cuts to accomplish this MAJOR ordeal aka, a certain blue telecom provider.<br> <br> From the Support side there are a couple of people I would like to publicly thank, Baholo.M for verifying my details and finally activate my line, Quintin for your assistance with \what to do with the certain blue telecom provider"and submitting my line migration request through to Afrihost"
Now, I can't actually say it is pathetic service, as that would indicate actually communicating with someone.<br> <br> All I want to do is move my phone line to the Holding pool so that an excellent Red competitor can manage my live and data. To even get the line activated in the first place took me 4 months, then I thought I was done with the Blue phone of death, but alas, now again I am stuck back at square one, where hell is born, Telkom's call center. You would expect from a Telecommunications company that they would be able to answer a phone, provide numbers for all their departments or not just plainly hangup the phone.<br> <br> On another capitalistic topic, why are we run by a monopoly of idiocy by these guys? I am almost disgusted with how convenient and helpful these guys are. I was never left wondering where my package was, never received a lack of communication and their sense of humour when I claimed the discount made me chuckle. (I may look into this politics thing :P )<br> <br> I highly recommend using these guys in the future OnedayOnly, awesome deals...if they only were TwoDaysOnly :P<br> <br> Thanks guys for the amazing service in a society where we expect to be treated like #### by companies.
