Pure Thievery by Erika from Primo Properties

The Worst Property company I have experienced in Many years. Erika who is a commercial property manager is actually the worst of them all.

We received a notice to vacate our shop on the 2nd of September 2024 because the woolies at the shopping centre would like to expand. It was a very sad and unexpected news.

We have finally found a new place to move to on the 1st of October and I informed Erika about this, she told me we cant leave because we need to stay in the shop until the 31st of October 2024 because the landlord out of his Goodwill decided to let us stay for 2 months to find a place instead of the 1 month notice stated in the contract.

I never agreed to the landlord's Goodwill. Erika is now telling me i still can't leave though I have found a new place because the landlord said I should stay for 2 months.

All she is trying to do is to find a way to ***** my deposit.

This is pure thievery from Erika and primo properties.
