I would like to warn other consumers about my recent experience with a company called Chempower Trading, also known as Best Vest, which I found through the advertising platform Bark.com while looking for fumigation services for my house. After submitting a request for fumigation services on Bark.com, Chempower Trading contacted me and offered to do the job. They communicated professionally and requested a 50% deposit before the service, which I paid in good faith. Unfortunately, the company never showed up to perform the service. It has now been over three weeks, and despite several attempts to follow up, nothing has been done. I reported the matter to Bark.com, expecting them to take action since this company is advertising their services through their platform. However, as of today, nothing has been done, and the company continues to advertise on the platform, which is very concerning. My concern is that other customers may fall into the same trap, because the company appears legitimate at first — they respond professionally and request a deposit — but in my experience, the service was never delivered. I hope Bark.com investigates this matter urgently and takes the necessary steps to protect consumers from potentially losing their money. Please be cautious if you are contacted by Chempower Trading / Best Vest through Bark.com.
I am sharing my experience to warn others about ChemPower Trading and Projects, trading as BestVet. After submitting a request for services, I was contacted via WhatsApp by two individuals from the company: Meriska and Christiaan. I was told that a 50% deposit of R600 was required upfront to purchase materials, with the remaining 50% payable after completion. I paid the R600 deposit. Over the weekend, Christiaan claimed his vehicle had broken down and requested an additional R300 for repairs so he could proceed with the job. Trusting him, I transferred the additional R300. He was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday but did not show up. He also failed to arrive thereafter. The service has not been delivered, and I have not received any refund. I want to point out that there is a lady who has previously reviewed this business on HelloPeter, Meriska S., giving it a 5-star review on 26 January 2026. This is the same Mariska who works with Christiaan and is involved in this conduct. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I have proof of payment and screenshots of all correspondence. I am requesting a full refund of my R900 and strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.
The Worst Property company I have experienced in Many years. Erika who is a commercial property manager is actually the worst of them all. We received a notice to vacate our shop on the 2nd of September 2024 because the woolies at the shopping centre would like to expand. It was a very sad and unexpected news. We have finally found a new place to move to on the 1st of October and I informed Erika about this, she told me we cant leave because we need to stay in the shop until the 31st of October 2024 because the landlord out of his Goodwill decided to let us stay for 2 months to find a place instead of the 1 month notice stated in the contract. I never agreed to the landlord's Goodwill. Erika is now telling me i still can't leave though I have found a new place because the landlord said I should stay for 2 months. All she is trying to do is to find a way to ***** my deposit. This is pure thievery from Erika and primo properties.
why cant i track my parcel on fedex express website and worse of all you cant speak to anyone from their office over the phone
