Awful completion of an order

Printex uses and unreliable courier company Nuclear Logistic to deliver very time sensitive packages. When they are not delivered> Printex agents helplessly throw their hands in the air and say "we are at the mercy of the courier company" How pitiful considering that my fee included delivery so this is not a favour.

The most infuriating part is that Printex takes no accountability. Both Chris who assisted on line midday and Ryan who assisted towards the end of the day said: wait for this - we did not take your tracking number from the Courier company. Wait foe it its out for delivery. Guess what, its after 17h00 and i still do not have the order and Printex is no longer available online.
