Terrible service. Louise does not keep me updates. I have to constantly call for her to respond to my emails. First time printing a book. And I have to say. I will never go with this company again. They do not respond back. Worst of all. They do not explain the process to you either. Disappointment of the year

My wife and I were very hopeful for PrintOnDemand (Bellville) to do our printing jobs, since they've done a very good job a few years ago of printing her book. After a long struggle, my wife made the first contact, but thereafter, even after several attempts, she could not even get any response, never mind a quote from them. I was initially more fortunate. Stella and Vernon responded to me, and all seems fine. I accepted their quote of R121.81 (VAT excluded) per book for 50 books of 321 C5 pages, full colour for all pages, as specified in their quote. This quote was sent to me on 21/11/2019 and I accepted it on 22/11/2019. Certain details had still to be sorted, such as the ISBN number and some empty pages were added, but these did not cause them to redo anything. Yesterday, 12/12/2019 I got a new quote from them, R194.98 (VAT excluded) per book for 50 books of 328 C5 pages, full colour for all pages, as was specified from the start. They claimed that the colour pages were the reason for the price increase, but this is simply not the case, because I originally got quotes from them for black and white, and colour pages. Obviously I complained to both Stella and Vernon, and I sent them their 21/11 quote, but no response up to now.
