Terrible service from Printondemand
Terrible service. Louise does not keep me updates. I have to constantly call for her to respond to my emails. First time printing a book. And I have to say. I will never go with this company again. They do not respond back. Worst of all. They do not explain the process to you either. Disappointment of the year

Rejected return
Takealot does not return your goods. Even though it's in perfect condition and unused. Takealot does not honor their return policy. Now I'm a loser of R500
