We ordered A1 calendars and 2 pairs of car magnets on the 21st November 2017 from Printpress.
We paid the deposit as requested to begin the process. On the 7th December 2017 we received notification that the items were ready for collection (so we paid the balance before collection). We collected the calendars and were happy with them but the car “magnets” were in fact car stickers.
We were not happy and were not going to accept that. Printpress acknowledged that they were at fault and were going to rectify the mistake ASAP.
We contacted them again on the 24th January 2018 to follow up (as no one there responds to emails) we informed them that we wanted a refund for the car magnets (we even sent our banking details in the hope they would sort this out) we were also given the managers number, we tried numerous times to contact the manager with no success.
We have called them once again on the 12th February 2018 to find that the landline number is no longer in service. We contacted the lady we dealt with during the process to be told that she doesn’t work for Printpress anymore and just repeated the managers number (which still doesn’t get answered).
We are not sure if the company is still operational but would definitely NOT recommend them if they are for anything based on our experience.
