We ordered A1 calendars and 2 pairs of car magnets on the 21st November 2017 from Printpress. We paid the deposit as requested to begin the process. On the 7th December 2017 we received notification that the items were ready for collection (so we paid the balance before collection). We collected the calendars and were happy with them but the car “magnets” were in fact car stickers. We were not happy and were not going to accept that. Printpress acknowledged that they were at fault and were going to rectify the mistake ASAP. We contacted them again on the 24th January 2018 to follow up (as no one there responds to emails) we informed them that we wanted a refund for the car magnets (we even sent our banking details in the hope they would sort this out) we were also given the managers number, we tried numerous times to contact the manager with no success. We have called them once again on the 12th February 2018 to find that the landline number is no longer in service. We contacted the lady we dealt with during the process to be told that she doesn’t work for Printpress anymore and just repeated the managers number (which still doesn’t get answered). We are not sure if the company is still operational but would definitely NOT recommend them if they are for anything based on our experience.
Hi there, I've had business insurance since August 2013 with Auto & General. I've only just noticed that my premium increased by 28.7% which i think is ludicrous. They claim they emailed confirmation regarding this to us on the 1st July 2015, which was never received. How many companies actually gets an increase without even noticing. My premium used to be R1951 and has gone up to R 2512, which is an increase of R561 per month. Now that i've cancelled it, they wanna reduce my premium to R2018. Why increase it by so much in the first place. Will NEVER EVER deal with them again, even if they had to offer me a premium of R100.
Hi there. I also bought a batch of Danone custard which did not expire, yet it was off as it had an acidy taste. I contacted Danone and they sent a courier the next day to collect the goods. That was on the 3rd of March 2015. To date i have not heard from them. I contacted the call centre today and the impression i got was that they are not worried. I must just wait for the post office to send my voucher, so they basically trying to blame the post office for the delay. Why could they not send the voucher when they collected the goods the day. The person i spoke to also notified me that it's a common problem with the caramel custard, yet i still see it in the supermarkets. These products are given to our kids, surely they must withdraw until they sorted out the problem. I can assure you that there is no ways that i will EVER buy Danone product again.
