Disappointing Delays Despite a Good Repair Job

The venue is very nice, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the quality of the repair itself was good, the overall experience left much to be desired. I was told the parts took two weeks to arrive - something I can understand to a degree, especially with the public holidays in between. That said, only three working days were lost, so the delay still felt excessive.

No work was done in the first two weeks until my insurer had to follow up. I was also told the wheel alignment had been done, but it clearly wasn’t—raising concerns about what else might have been missed.

I truly appreciate Rian’s help during the process. He was the only one who kept me informed and genuinely tried to assist.

Unfortunately, if you're looking for prompt and transparent service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
