Regret Renting with M&T Development
Renting with M&T Development has been nothing short of a nightmare. Poor construction, constant hidden costs, and zero accountability. We were promised solar backup power—turns out that was a lie. The electric fencing doesn’t even work, which is a massive security risk. Gardening? Always delayed. Communication? Nonexistent. When you do reach out, expect nothing helpful in return. They also use a third-party provider called Fungi for water and electricity, and the billing makes absolutely no sense. We're being charged even when there's no usage—it’s a complete mess. Bottom line: I would never rent from M&T again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Total disappointment.

Disappointing Delays Despite a Good Repair Job
The venue is very nice, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the quality of the repair itself was good, the overall experience left much to be desired. I was told the parts took two weeks to arrive - something I can understand to a degree, especially with the public holidays in between. That said, only three working days were lost, so the delay still felt excessive. No work was done in the first two weeks until my insurer had to follow up. I was also told the wheel alignment had been done, but it clearly wasn’t—raising concerns about what else might have been missed. I truly appreciate Rian’s help during the process. He was the only one who kept me informed and genuinely tried to assist. Unfortunately, if you're looking for prompt and transparent service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

A Concerned MiWay Client
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the autobody shop your company referred me to. While my vehicle has been repaired, I recently discovered that no wheel alignment was done—despite being told otherwise. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of the services billed to MiWay. If one aspect of the job was claimed but not completed, I am now left wondering what else may have been left undone or misrepresented.
