Very poor service, delayed delivery and price increases after order made.
Total time wasting exercise with this company. - requested quotes from Sam. - quotes had limited information - for example, "vocal mic" or "camera jib" no model number, just generic statements. - Requested new quotes and many corrections made to many quotes - more time wasted. - Made formal order on 20th October 2020 with agreed delivery date of 30 Nov 2020 - Several requests sent regarding this order and still no delivery. - Now months later, ProSales says they need to increase the price and also there will be delays! Regret dealing with this company. Could have had my stock from countless other local suppliers. In Summary: order made on 20 October 2020, now 14 January they say i must pay more and wait longer. - I cancelled the order and don't recommend this company.

26 Jan 2021, 12:30 We decided not to deliver this order (with their knowledge) until we established with them why our previous order had only been paid 3 months after delivery. It took until January for us to receive clarity, but by then the customer had cancelled the order. Most unfortunate and totally unnecessary
