Deltec Batteries for Invertor and poor service Pro Touch Batteries Herculas

We are very unhappy with the after service we received from Pro Touch Batteries as well as Deltec.

We handed in a faulty Deltec 1250 Battery already in December 2023 at the Pro Touch Batteries office in Pretoria Office. Steven was the contact person and we kept following up on the battery that needs to be tested and replaced under warranty but to date we have not received any feedback from Deltec.

Pro Touch Batteries is not giving us good after sale service with regards to the Deltec 1250 Battery we bought from their office. They keep on telling us that they are still waiting for feedback from Deltec. But we do not get any feedback from them or Deltec and we always need to follow up and phone them to hear if there is any news on this long overdue issue.

We do not recommend Deltec battery for Invertor service are very poor.
