All I can say is that this is a DOUBLE *** company who is ********* and dishonourable. I bought a Probe battery for my home backup generator and within it's warranty period the battery failed and would not charge. I took the battery to their offices and had to "keep it" for testing. I followed up and was told that there was no sticker on the batter which was an oversight on their part as all batteries have a sticker on it. I was informed that because of this that they couldn't honour the warranty even though it was an oversight on their part. ***. Why didn't one of their highly trained staff inform me this when I booked the batterey in? Why waste my time by having me drive 2x trips to their offices to collect a battery that they knew from the beginning would not be covered. 2x trips to their offices for nothing other than wasting my time. On booking the battery in, I dealt with a friendly lady who mention to me that the sticker was missing and the battery was covered under the warranty and she would sort it out and make a plan. Only to follow up and be told that the battery was not covered. Very confusing since it was their fault / oversight. The best part is when I go collect the battery, it now has a sticker on it indicating that the battery is actually older and out of warranty. THIS IS CALLED BLATANT AND ********* BUSINESS CONDUCT. I am in the motor industry and daily I tell people NOT to go near to a probe battery. Stay with the ethical and honest big guys who don't need to lie to stay in business. Rather stay with Willard or any proper brand name product. Forget about Probe Batteries. THEY USELESS and a bunch of ****s who wont think twice to rip you off.
