Excellent service. Fast and efficient
Received nothing but friendly service! Staff are completely competent and fast. Cleaned after installation of my aircon and confirm that everything was working. Will definitely recommend.

Awesome Installation
Sent an email for a quote the night before & received a response 1st thing in the morning. Air Cons installed a day later. Price was better by 25%. Installation done in a day, neat and tidy. What impressed me was when a conduit cover was broken and after a long and hot day Franco who supervised the installation and noticed the cover made sure it was replaced immediately, I know other service providers would not have done that as they are packing away. I am very impressed with Profair and can recommend them 100%.

Fast & efficient workmanship with reliable backup service
<p>Installed a few Aircons...very efficient service. Had a problem with one of the units, profair sent technicians on numerous occasions to make sure problem sorted without any complaints!</p>

Worst attitude we have ever seen in 20 years!!!
These clients was rude from the start when even calling in for a quote. Very very impatient. Asked for a quote onsite and then tells you straight in your face that you are wasting their time when trying to explain the detail and that you must just do the installation, asif they accept the verbal quote. When we however supplied the quote in writing it was broken up in parts and questioned in all types of ways to make us look unprofessional and implied that we are dishonest, which i think they are. Very untrustworthy of people and we even had to go out twice more to prove to them that the problem onsite is lying somewhere else and not with our product installed, even after explaining the problem on the phone before that. This was not appreciated at all even. Haven't made final payment. Dishonest and just straight forward in your face rude. We have been in the market for 20 years and we always try and give our best and most friendliest service to people. We all make mistakes and arent perfect but these are people others should be careful of, however if someone doesn't take action like this, they will keep on treating other people like this!!! Contractors, public and suppliers beware!!
