Excellent service. Fast and efficient

Received nothing but friendly service! Staff are completely competent and fast. Cleaned after installation of my aircon and confirm that everything was working. Will definitely recommend.

Horrible service and fraud!

I took out a student loan from FNB in 2015 to pay for my last year of university fees for my Masters degree. Now Iong story short, I saved up my money and took my tax returns from SARS to pay off my student loan in one shot (Have being paying the interest portion for a year more or less) So I paid off the account on 29 July 2017 for a total of R49k. The account shows that the settlement amount is R0.00 1 August comes and a debit order goes through for an amount of R1531.51 of which R770 was interest. And it shows that my account is now R761.51 in the positive (Under the transaction history tab). HOWEVER, this does not show in my account and it states that the amount in my student loan is still R0.00 and settlement amount is R0.00 I can understand the interest part, however the capital amount is paid off so why charge me? Apart from that, I used the "Contact your team of bankers" option about two weeks ago to obtain a simple letter of proof of bank account from my "Private banker" which they advertise so much, however I have not received even an SMS, e-mail, phone call regarding my request. Why do I pay for a service of a Platinum package, but do not even get feedback, they take more money than is owed and on top of that the number supplied under the loan section does not work! I have been a loyal customer from FNB and have a number of accounts with them, however I cannot understand why something so simple is so hard to obtain? Pay back my money and give me a letter, how hard is it?
