Worst attitude we have ever seen in 20 years!!!
These clients was rude from the start when even calling in for a quote. Very very impatient. Asked for a quote onsite and then tells you straight in your face that you are wasting their time when trying to explain the detail and that you must just do the installation, asif they accept the verbal quote. When we however supplied the quote in writing it was broken up in parts and questioned in all types of ways to make us look unprofessional and implied that we are dishonest, which i think they are. Very untrustworthy of people and we even had to go out twice more to prove to them that the problem onsite is lying somewhere else and not with our product installed, even after explaining the problem on the phone before that. This was not appreciated at all even. Haven't made final payment. Dishonest and just straight forward in your face rude. We have been in the market for 20 years and we always try and give our best and most friendliest service to people. We all make mistakes and arent perfect but these are people others should be careful of, however if someone doesn't take action like this, they will keep on treating other people like this!!! Contractors, public and suppliers beware!!

Bad Attitude and Breach of Agreement
The Talento Singing and Dancing Competition was held for the first year in Pretoria. The organizer Lisbe James is still young and has no idea on what is legally correct with such competitions. What is even worse is the attitude, was soon as a problem arise she takes no responsibility and has an attitude of \This is my competition and i will (not do what is right)

Bad planning/lies causing bad service & experience
Electricity was off, not due to loadshedding, in our opinion the reason seems like a lie. No back up as expected with a guesthouse was made. Gate ran flat, we almost couldnt get out to during the night as was arranged to pick child waiting at venue for us, no thought was give to gate situation. Pinic was unpractical as it was pitch dark outside. Had to spent money too eat out. No back up lights offered for picnic. It was said that lights are in the rooms cupboard, only one for both rooms. No calls answered in the night during emergency. Cold water showers and bath due to above. Old cake. Spa ladies finished with treatments 15 min in advance so they can go home. Not willing to refund in full. Had too leave in the middle of the night due to cicumstances and put our lives at risk. No cellphone reception or wi fi, what does a person do in a emergency? Biggest thing of all, the pictures on the website isnt the same place, this is fraud!! ALSO SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PLACE ON TRIP ADVISOR. THEY ALSO SHARE THE SAME NAME AS A LARGE HOTEL IN CAPE TOWN, DID THEY DO A CO SEARCH AND REGISTER WHEN CHOOSING THIS NAME? Overall a nightmare. Service was friendly but just too many hick ups
