Professional Nail & Beauty in Centurion are very rude to clients. They are so unprofessional in terms of communicating with clients. They send me two products after sending them a message that I only needed one item. When I called they told me that the email they had used to confirm my order is no longer working, however I didn't not receive anything to show that the email is no longer working. I requested to return 1 item I do not need for refund and was told they can't refund me but they can exchange. And I don't want anything for exchange since I only ordered a hair dye. The person on the phone couldn't care or show any sympathy. He said I can't just return it to any store since they are franchises. I said then I will return it to Centurion were my order was picked but he still refuses to refund me. If you don't want any unpleasant online shopping, please do not buy from Professional Nail & Beauty Centurion.
