I am extremely shocked at how the call centre is operating, supposed to be a world class company yet it takes us 5 days to try and resolve 1 query. Spoken to 17 agents and still not resolved. When I say 17 agents, 13 of them we can hear perfectly but they can't hear us after been transferred by customer service. Apparently they working from home. Yes it's a toll free number but what a mission to get one thing solved. I'm so disappointed in this company. I eventually put the phone down in the agents ear because after 48 min on a call and this 6th person wanting to transfer us again, just list it. We had trouble at the branch, took us 3 hrs to open an account. Then call to the control centre since Monday 23 October 2023. Today Thursday and things are already just a mess. Don't get me wrong, grateful that Nedbank reached out when we were in trouble and helped us, but we had to call back to finalise things and change debut order detail. These past 2 weeks has been a blessing but a huge nightmare at the same time. Fix your home bound call centre people or get them back into a call centre environment again as it's not working, I can promise you that.
<p>Well lets put it plain and simple. It cost us a fortune on calls because the company doesnt know what they doing and between the amount of people sending us emails, no proper communication. On the day of fetching our goods they eventually saw that their own service is pathetic and under quoted us. Lawfully, because we accepted that quote, thats all we were supposed to pay - well well this company blamed us for not looking at the quote correctly (service that should be theirs and not our) missed the ladt page of the goods we sent in. Please also remember that this quote went through many hands as the 1st person that sent us the quote resigned with immediate effect. They forced us to pay for the cube, even though storage cube fault, just in case they keep our goods. No one told us that we would get all our goods. We found out only when the 1st cube got to our new house in Cape Town. The other goods were in Joburg for more than a week. I promise you - i have used someone dodge feom gumtree and i would rate them a 5 star. Im so disgusted in storage cube. Pathetic</p>
