Name: Lungile Ntuli Contact number:0685095124 Im fighting a loosing battle with Midrand storage, Im not getting feedback from Lebo. My account has been im arrears, last payment made and also confirmed by them that i owed December to January and current month February. I made payments 1st payment was R4500 on 31January 2020 and second R2000 on the 6th February 2021 the total payment was R6700 and as latest invoice send now in February amount due was R2850. I noticed that these 2 payment made are not updated, I was advised to send POP which I did and Lebo confirmed that payment was not updated but she will do it. I followed up on credit that is available, Im told that its R436.47 because they charged a penalty of R151.32 every month. According to them I have having issues from September till January. R151.32= R756.60 my account should be in credit with R3600. Please help

<p>On the 25th of January 2017 and amount of R470.00, was paid out of my FNB account by accident into Storage Cube's FNB account. I called them and was transferred to a lady, Pearl. She is so rude and arrogant and told me to speak to Linda Konti on ********** . this line just rings no response. i sent emails on the 6 th February 2017 to Storage Cube, quoting my previous Cube No: that was last used in August 2016 and paid up, otherwise tye would not have released my goods. A lady by the name of Zubeidah Basadien sent me a Quotation and i asked for a refund/reversal of my money. No Respone. Sent a second email and a phone call and was told the person to speak to is Yasmina Adams, okay the mail came back stating that Yasmina is on maternity leave. I send another 3 emails and no response to date. I just want a refund, please. They don't respond and i had this experience with storage Cube before, they not user friendly and dont care about their clients. stuff went misshing and was told it is not their business. So "on their website it says, send an email and one of our friendly staff will call you back"I have not met that one yet. </p>

<p>This company has closed down without any notification to its clients, me being one of them. I am sitting in Bloemfontein with my stuff in Cape Town and cannot just get back there at this time. I cannot get them on any of the tel numbers. I have just received my monthly bill from another company that has apparently taken them over, but I cannot be sure where my 2 cubes now are, as I cant get hold of them either, and there is no telephone number on the invoice!</p>

<p>It has been brought to my attention today (after trying to get hold of Storage Cube this week to arrange a visit to my cube) that my cubes were all moved without being informed by the company. My cubes have been moved from Midrand to Germiston with no address available. So I cannot go to my cubes, nor am I being told where to find my cubes. Not only is my content at risk, but my insurance company is insuring it for the LISTED address as on their website. I uploaded a phote which shows that I got this from their website today. After speaking to the receptionist she PROMISED me that I will receive feedback today. Gave me a ********** email address saying that the owners will read this message and respond to me. Well, to my expectations I did not receive any feedback today. So not only is this company in TOTAL breach of contract with me (and tons of other clients) but the pure lack of respect, and ethical standards is shocking! I thought this was a reputable company, but their actions is showing me that they are not. I have entrusted all my valuables to you and this is how you repay my trust by taking my money and not giving a damn about what happens after that! You have a responsibility to fulfill and I hope that you respond as a matter of urgency as this is really unacceptable! </p>

<p>From the day I requested a quote (receiving feedback on the very same day) up to the date they came to fetch my belongings they have been more than just supportive. The administrative team phoned me to remind me about what time they will be at my flat. The gentlemen arrived on the morning, wrapped all my furniture and carried it downstairs to my storage cubes. I had to leave while they where still packing to catch a flight to Johannesburg so they also offered to lock up and leave my key with the neighbours. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for the wonderful service. I hope your service level remains consistent and all future clients may experience the courtesy extended to me.</p>

<p>Well lets put it plain and simple. It cost us a fortune on calls because the company doesnt know what they doing and between the amount of people sending us emails, no proper communication. On the day of fetching our goods they eventually saw that their own service is pathetic and under quoted us. Lawfully, because we accepted that quote, thats all we were supposed to pay - well well this company blamed us for not looking at the quote correctly (service that should be theirs and not our) missed the ladt page of the goods we sent in. Please also remember that this quote went through many hands as the 1st person that sent us the quote resigned with immediate effect. They forced us to pay for the cube, even though storage cube fault, just in case they keep our goods. No one told us that we would get all our goods. We found out only when the 1st cube got to our new house in Cape Town. The other goods were in Joburg for more than a week. I promise you - i have used someone dodge feom gumtree and i would rate them a 5 star. Im so disgusted in storage cube. Pathetic</p>
