222 Smit street, how many of our senior citizens are sleeping in the streets, or living one day here, selling there goods to pay for a night at a shelter. Social services should not be bious. There favorite quote " you had a house through the coincil/ you benefited through the system so we cannot help you. So the dangerous streets are an option. Once paying Taxes, the govt don't care, where are the people we vote for. ***tlin Mckenzie, Bishop Adams, Da, only to name of a few. Our Senior Citizens are struggling Mr President Ramaphosa. Disgusting, in the same breath there are so many empty places at the old age homes. Eeufees, Claremont, Kensington, foreigners gets first preference. Or if you have money to bribe the officials. Will take this to an investigative journalist. (their families don't care about them)
No client service, they take their time to come back to you. Policy says one thing when you phone in, a totally different situation. To my amazement only whites employed. They can de ide when to pay or what to pay. Don't pay for bone density test, spine or back in hospital treatment, not even an operation but a pain block. The same as Momentum, I cancelled and went over AGS, poor decision. I just need a proper and transparent medical aid
The service at Game Cresta is pathetic, I bought a washing machine on Friday cash, I still have not received my machine. Monday I called the sales person said I did pay and I was with him at the teller, I have a receipt, approved bank statement sows the money went out of my account. Mpho told me on Monday afternoon after I contacted customer service, of which they saw the payment, that delivery will take place yesterday. This moeni g I had to resend my receipt and bank statement to customer service and to game store's manager Kefilwe. So pathetic, I will never use Game at Cresta as they lie for each other and cover up each other mistakes
<p>On the 25th of January 2017 and amount of R470.00, was paid out of my FNB account by accident into Storage Cube's FNB account. I called them and was transferred to a lady, Pearl. She is so rude and arrogant and told me to speak to Linda Konti on ********** . this line just rings no response. i sent emails on the 6 th February 2017 to Storage Cube, quoting my previous Cube No: that was last used in August 2016 and paid up, otherwise tye would not have released my goods. A lady by the name of Zubeidah Basadien sent me a Quotation and i asked for a refund/reversal of my money. No Respone. Sent a second email and a phone call and was told the person to speak to is Yasmina Adams, okay the mail came back stating that Yasmina is on maternity leave. I send another 3 emails and no response to date. I just want a refund, please. They don't respond and i had this experience with storage Cube before, they not user friendly and dont care about their clients. stuff went misshing and was told it is not their business. So "on their website it says, send an email and one of our friendly staff will call you back"I have not met that one yet. </p>
<p>I moved into Zaida's Lodge end of September 2016. I paid a deposit of R3000.00 and a weeks rental plus the rental for October 2016. in November 2016 , i paid the moths rental and end of December 2016 paid the rental for January 2017. At the end of December 2016, I was summons to their house, where i was informed that i short paid. The rental increased in January of each year by 10%. I found it very strange as i was there only three months and increases are only due in a years time, my rental increased. Ï informed Zaida, herself that i am moving as my stuff is in storage and i need a bigger place. I informed them by email and whatsapp that i am moving out end January 2017. On requesting my deposit i was told it will be paid out in 14days after i moved out. "ïf any it will be refunded". Sad to say i was told my many that they not people that really refund and i went to check out their website, only to find other tenants had the same problem with them. "They are crooks". on the 21st Feb 2017 i received mail that my refund is only R75.00 and according to the email i short paid November and December and according their mail the rental only increased in January 2017. They are reall bad business people, they take off R350.00 for cleaning, of which i cleaned myself. the condition of the bathroom was a nightmare. i used domestos to clean the tiles and toilet, so I dont know what cleaning they did. And i used my own bedding and utensils. the last month i bought take aways as the stove has only one working plate. i had a very bad experience at this lodge. noise of which i addressed wtih them. i handed this over to the Rental Tribunal as well. i wish them all the best. </p>
