If you're in the market for a car, then you should definitely go to Topgear Auto! It is probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Melusi is such a champ and made the whole process effortless for us! Thanks again, we're definitely coming back to you in the future!

We rented a car at InterRent (a Division of EuropCar) in Mallorca, Spain. Apart from the time spent to receive the vehicle (which took us two hours), I thought of it to be a decent company. On the 26th of July 2017, we returned the vehicle at the airport. Our flight was really early so their offices were still closed. We phoned later that day to enquire on when our deposit will be refunded. They said the money has been unlocked and that it will be back in our account on the 31st of July 2017. After the 31st, and after countless phone calls, I've sent countless emails to InterRent, and later to Europcar as well, with absolute no response. It is two weeks since we returned the vehicle, and we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned! We've also been waiting equally as long for a written response from the Company, In all my time of traveling, I've never had to wait this long to get my deposit back from a car rental company! I also spoke to my bank, which told me that the money has not been cleared into InterRent's account, but that it also has not yet been refunded either. So apparently my money is just hanging around somewhere! I would definitely not recommend making use of them. Horrible Customer Care!

After moving into a new house a year ago, my telephone line and internet service was semi-sucessfully up and running. I upgraded to a 4MB line from a 2MB. only to find out a year later that telkom "upped" the line from their side and an Mweb consultant confirmed that they havent "uppded" the line yet, although we've been paying for it. After demanding my money back for all the months ive been paying more than i should no-one suddenly knows what i'm talking about, the blame was shifted to telkom (subcontracted by Mweb) and the problem is everyone elses except mweb. My line is finally upgraded properly (i think) still get terrible line speeds, to such a degree that i cant even load a google search page. i conplain and nothing happens.

My web hosting is also through Mweb, i have two domain email adresses that recieve work and important emails. They were both offline one day in last week, and only the one came back on again, and when it did it reloaded old emails and it was clearly visible that there was a technical fault. After contacting them about the email they told us that the email was "compromised/hacked" and therefore conficated. This was 3days after we enquired, we were asked to fill out a form to reset the mailbox/password or somehing in order to get control of the mailbox again. during all of the comunications we stressed how urgent this was to get our mailbox back. this afternoon (3days after sending the form they took their time asking for) the let us know that they just sent the form to another departent for a "re-set" so clearly my urgent means nothing to them. I cant demand service, or threaten to move service providers because like every provider in this country the one is just as garbage as the next, and all of them know theire equally unhelpfull. So instead i'm BEGGING for someone to help, i have no idea what else to do in this situation, or even if all the mails sent to this adress from last week will even be available or on the server? did service provision move so far back in time that there are no reliable methods of communication anymore? Because if my mailbox was so called "hacked or compromised" why didnt they notify me of this or request me to change the password, do they not think people have more respect for someone that admits a fault and fixes it, and if they did indeed ****** up.. why not atleast fix it as soon as possible. Im pretty sure my subscription fee makes no difference in their greater scheme of income. Can anyone reading this suggest (if at all possible)a provider that would (unlikely as it may be)
