Good day, please be warned to never order from SA Depot. Their website and customer care are advertised as good but they are lying. I will spread the word as far as I can. I ordered #1661 placed 16 March still not received & order #1750 placed 27 April also not received. They don't respond to the emails I send daily and they also don't reply to their WhatsApp line. You cant get hold of them in any way and they have no customer care, I spend my money but I don't think I will ever get my product. their false advertising is sayin 13-14 days but its been months now and still nothing. Please don't order from them. I wish I knew this before placing my orders... I am not a complainer but I really feel like I have been ********** by false advertising and they just ignore me...
Staff is very helpful and make everything so easy and convenient.
Well where to start... For the last 2 months we have been down for 3 to 4 consecutive days at a time every second week in Dalview... You can't contact vumatel directly you have to phone your service provider in my case vodacom and just to find out vumatel is down in the area for days and they are working on it. Really disappointed as this makes it impossible to work from home. Bad service can we not get better fibre in the area that actually has Internet?
