Numerous transactions showing - DECLINED-INSUFFICIENT FUNDS-PO No details available. No record of third party transaction. Closing the card is the only way to stop fraudulent transactions?
Patricia from Executive Hotline Travel made booking for 5 employees of Dept Social Development Vembe district. She sent a fake proof of payment. The department confirmed payment was made to the agency. Many promises and excuses later and we still have not received our money. Being a business, we can't put in a small courts claim against them and opening a civil case will cost more than the R3550 they owe us.
Excellent telephone etiquette. Unfortunately, the processing time is ridiculous. We applied for a PocketPOS on the 20th of June - that is more than 2 months ago. I made an upfront payment for the device and they are still working on the application. Our Nedbank business account is healthy and in use for 7 years. The PocketPOS is a pay-as-you-go solution - what on earth can take this long to process? Client loyalty doesn't seem to matter - we are Nedbank clients, looking to expand our payment facilities :(
