Dissatisfied
Very disappointed with them ,what's the meaning of emergency if you wait for 15 days and still waiting for emergency withdrawal....now happy at all.

Change/refund
I am exausted ,3 weeks ago I bought a bed and suppose to get my refund/change back. Am still waiting till now ,no one contacting me unless I call them ,,this Kagiso lady in gezina branch ,she really doesn't have an idea what she's doing there,every to time u call the store ,she promise to get back to u and she never does .I need help with my money please ,contacted the head office and she's not answering .my references no 9000180655 I need my money before end of today

Yesterday I bought a bed and mattress and to find that I only need a mattress only.....I went back to the store as they didn't deliver yet..they tell me that I will be refunded after 7 t0 10 days Wer am I going to sleep I need my refund so I can go to another store and purchase my mattress as they say they dnt have. I am tired of old mutual ,how long does it take to cancel a policy, i went to the branch 5 times,do they even know how to do their jobs. Wen i go der, dey fighting in front of their customers. Fighting for clients. And cant even help.... Unprofessional and irritating behavior.... Am dissapointed
