No customer service. Been on phone for 20 minutes, no one answers. Tried their chat and all I get is “ Apologies for the delay. You're still in the queue and we'll assist you as soon as possible.” 15 minutes later no response. On Whatsapp they also dont answer. Been struggling to get a hold of any agent, does someone work there or do you only have one person to help all the customers?
I have had a couple of the frozen meals and the food is really good. This morning I decided to order online for the first time and enough for the week, which was delivered within 3 hours! Driver was super friendly. Good food, good service, definitely recommend!

Now, I dont know if breathing problems and not being able to consume food normal is not severe for a person to live a normal healthy life, then I don’t know what is. Momentums sentences children to a lifetime of health problems. Ethics not part of Momentum’s practices.
I have a 100mb/100mb line and do not even get 20/20. Every time I contact them to try downgrade line because I am not getting what I am paying for, no one can assist and I get moved to pillar to post. This is ridiculous! Try to email them, you cant, no support customer email available. The app gives me errors. I am stuck paying for a service I dont get.
Bus drivers have no concern for rules of the road. Stopping where there is no bus stop and then pushing cars out of the lane when its inopportune to do so.. Its concerning, not just for surrounding vehicles but the passengers it carries. Drivers needs to be betted when being responsible for other people ‘s lives
Paid online on 14 May 2023 for gas to be delivered and to date, despite multiple emails stating that I will get my gas, no delivery has been made. When I phoned in, I apparently have no order on system, but yet my credit card has been charged!!!!
FNB blocked my 19yr old child’s account without notification. I transferred R950 into his account to buy medicine and card declined. He cant even transfer money back so I can ewallet him. This is ridiculous!
Ordered a poster on Sunday, got it today. Great size, quality, and my son is sooooooo happy (it was a surprise gift). Fantastic service, was updated regularly on status etc. Definitely recommend.
I logged a complaint on Saturday, sent multiple emails, gave FNB the documentation (which they received on opening the bank accounts more than an year ago) they wanted. It is Thursday, and the account of my two MINOR Children are still frozen. Please can someone tell me what the reason would be to hold on to pocket money?
FNB froze my child’s account due to them wanting me to submit documentation which they have in their possession already. Apparently need to go to a branch during COVID before they will unfreeze my child’s account! Or send the sensitive info over email, risking the that same being intercepted and info stolen. Death of Fraud. That is the option FNB gives you for docs they already have to release money of a minor!
