Horrible flight services - they cancelled my flights a month ago but still have not provided a refund till today
Etahid *****ing my money - they cancelled my flight and not provided my refunds I did a booking to a trip to Thailand with booking .com ,the flights were booked with some flight called Etihad airways ,they cancelled cancelled all my flights from 6 April - we were not given proper explanation but I think has to do with Middle East crisis ….the cancellation was done 6 April but my money for bookings still have not been refunded I keep them and following up no valid reliance I get ….people must never ever trust booking flights with this airways and takao not ever do flight booking with booking .com they unresponsive and basically they can take you money without any problems …. On the booking .com they last updated the status 8 April that they requested the refund from air flight more than 30 days later still no refund has been settled in my account.infact 1 review they don’t deserve it it should be a 0 .

Booking.com and Etahid airways Cancelled my flight and did not return my booking Money

Router not working - MWEB not assisting (Bad service)
Very bad bad service - no one is available to talk to you when you actually do get someone their agents they will pass you around and make you hold them next thing they drop the phone . My WiFi box is currently not working I installed this 2018 it long over due for free upgrading I believe ,but no one is willing to help I need to cancel this thing right now if they can’t assist cause I can’t keep paying for giver I can use …. Please help they taking my money yet the network is not working cause box is not turning on ……

Line disconnected yet payments were made and incompetent staff
I’m damn fed up with Telkom —- I hope no one ever takes contract with them ,their staff so incompetent .My phone has been disconnected because on non payment yet I have made payments -when I call their staff they give me different stories and promise my account to be restored within 24 hours it been a full week my line has not been restored .My outgoing and incoming calls disconnected yet I don’t owe them .Their systems is has not updated collections about the debit orders they took on the 25th. .I am done and I will make sure no friend or family of mine ever uses Telkom and their in competencies ! Name of one of the girls that alone now we with me over the phone is Sanelisiwe Mlangeni .

contract cancellation - vodacom reaped me off
<p>Two weeks back I cancelled my phone contract with vodacom ...I called and asked for quotation of the amount that is due before I close my account ...I spoke to 3 people from vodacom who gave me the same quotation which reflected an amount of R931 I paid it .Today on the 17th of June 2016 I went to sunny park vodacom to take a contract phone when they called vodacom head office the said I can't take a phone my account is with legal department if vodacom I owe an amount if R508 as this came as a shock I then called vodacom myself to found out what going on,3 different people told me different things again .the 3rd person I asked him why are they all giving me different answers he then passed my phone call to a supervisor who agreed with one of the guts to say no it was a mistake I do not owe R508 but I owe R284 ,I asked if he was sure and he responded yes my account will be updated and closed afterwards.I went to pay R284 on top of R931 at vodacom shop at sunny park.Later on I was still told no owe R255 now I should pay it ....I am so angry those people are so incompetent and they don't know what they doing .hello Peter please assist .</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't even with to take that contract phone with them anymore I will buy phone with other network providers .thank you.</p>
