<p>I opened a business account with FNB on the 19th of May. I opened it in person at the branch, I brought along all my supporting documentation as requested, proof of residence, ID Etc. made the deposit as requested. Now a month later with no comunication from you guys my account has been put on hold. Called and was told that I need to go to a branch and they will sort it out no problem. It's now 4 trips back to the branch 9 hours of my time wasted, and still no answers. The worst thing is that they have ALL my documents required. Let's not forget the 4 phone calls I am still awaiting from various staff members promising to call me before the close of business. </p> <p>Makes me think that maybe I should move my banking back to STEVE!!!!!!</p>
