Don’t send your parcel with these people!!!! I’ve had shocking service from this courier company. Sent a simple A4 envelope on 19 January and it has simply disappeared. And they couldn’t give a ****. Zero feedback
In this day and age of instant feedback and speedy delivery service, this place sucks. I ordered quality linen on 24 October in anticipation of visitors arriving on 4 November. It is now 6 NOV and no order in sight, no tracking, no explanation, no feedback. Absolute bull****. I have spent over £2000 at their stores since arriving in the UK. Not a penny more. Ever!
Disgusting customer service! I sent an A4 envelope containing two pieces of paper in it from the UK to South Africa. DHL logged it into their system as weighing 9.9 kg!!! It already cost £35 to despatch, but because of this, they then wanted the recipient to pay a further +-R350 in “customs/import” fees. Can you actually believe it? No one bothered to go and find the parcel and confirm that it was indeed just an envelope! They even had a click button which said “write directly to the management”, which I did. Never had the decency of a reply!!! Unacceptable and pathetic arrogance!
