I usually don't have problems with Hollywood bets when it comes to withdrawl and deposits however on the 2nd of Nov 2023 I made a withdrawl at 5:07am and it showed sent to bank. I contacted Hollywood bets via email as their chat option on the website is currely offline (now few days) and they advised 24hrs to 48hrs then this will be resolved. I contacted the on Saturday and they advised it has been sent to withdrawl department and I will receive an sms once payment has been made, they advised there was a problem on that time when I made the withdrawl on 2 Nov 2023 and it will be resolved. Till now I have not received an sms. Multiple phone calls, multiple emails still no money in my account. Finally got to a point where I asked them just to put that credit back on my hollywoodbets account and they advised they will do so. Well, you can guess, that money still hanging. I have made few cash outs and deposits from 2 Nov 202e and that money I received but that 1 particular payment on 2 Nov 2023 still says sent to bank. Customer services really suck at hollywoodbets, I'm sure my query should have reached the withdrawl department in these 4 days. I had to resort posting this in hope to get their attention to actually pay my money in bank account or just credit my Hollywood account.
Silversands is a very good casino, very good with payouts and I just love the games,.I would say the best online casino out there you can play online. I'm giving them 4 stars today. So far since Monday 19 Dec 2022 till today 23 Dec 2022 the casino has been offline multiple times meaning technical and connecting issues leaving players unable to play. This goes for their sister casinos as well, jackpot cash, Apollo and white lotus. Causing huge frustrations, allowing deposits but unable to play. I really hope next year this time, they will be more prepared and be able to handle the huge influx of players on their sites.

This has probably been the worst experience I have received from pick n pay, I used pick n pay ASAP on a regular basis. My groceries usually gets collected at pick n pay N1 city. Now I'm going to explain my experience with the terrible experience I received. Saturday 26 Nov I put my order through on PnP ASAP with the last money I had in my bank. 10:14 I put my order through, after 2 hours or so I see nothing has been done, so I phoned customer services and they advised PnP N1 city has not accepted my order, I must wait a while. After another 2 hours I phoned again and the lady said it's still the same. She said she will phone the store and find out. I advised her I tried phoning them about 15 times which I really did and no one picked up once. Eventually just after 3 they were busy with my order and almost everything I wanted was out of stock and then I saw my order was cancelled and money was sent to the PnP ewallet. I was very upset as that was my last money I used and did not have a cent on me to go walk to another shop to buy something. Sunday 5:03am I woke up and put my order through again. Just before 10 they started with my order, they took meat that was above the amount I ordered and tried getting the 58 rand from my bank acc whick declined due that I did not have funds and they cancelled my order again. Money was sent to my PnP e wallet again Again I put the order through and waited long again and was worried they will get meat that over the amount and get declined again, I asked the customer services to cancel my order and decided to buy things without meat. I put another order through and as I'm typing now I'm waiting 3 hours already. This is the worst experience ever I have received. I needed those groceries on Saturday already for myself and my daughter. Couldn't even have a meal as my groceries never came. Same now on Sunday as I'm waiting. I thought I would be honest with everything to let PnP know what an impact their services has on my family.
It's over a month now and still they have not verified my account after I uploaded my documents, my free spins never get added daily like they say they will. Contacted them via email a few times, not even 1 response I received back. Customer service is really bad.
