STAY AWAY DISHONEST AND NOT WHAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR
Please be Very Careful when Registering with this Extra Maths Classes , I am one of those Moms that truly always try to Assist my Child were I deem necessary and cannot afford a lot , but try to assist were I can , when we originally contacted Hendrik to get some extra classes for my son he was very helpful , i inquired about the special they had which was just above R600 , when registering he sent me all the plan details ect , when i enquired why the premium was double this amount , he told me that it would only be for the first 2 Months as my son was behind , which i mad plan for and **** the fees for the 2 months at the end of July i received a statement for Yet again for the high amount and then that is when things started to become difficult and ugly from his side , first he denied every saying that , then he phoned me and told me that he would see what he can do and then Today he phones me and is utterly unprofessional and Ugly .They bully us as parents into an agreement with false pretences and no honesty , i have proof of the messages which he claims to have no knowledge of (sent screen prints to Him) i was also never made aware that the classes are only an half an hour . please be careful of them as they do not have the interest of your Child at heart , but only to see how they can manipulate parents into agreements that are not explained properly and gain enough money until they suck you dry , if I have done the research and found all these reviews I would have never signed up with them .

False information to sell their product
<p>I am not happy they phoned me to sell wifi I took the deal and today they deduct vap from my account they do unethical business I want to cancel the complete contract as its within 7 day cooling off period therefore this complaint as a track record .already phoned in and they did not provide me with confirmation was also tricked thinking it was tel kom phoning me to sell the product.</p>
